Married Frederic Charles Key in 1891

 

They had 2 children:
Lancelot Luxton Herbert Caldwell Key b. 1892
Archibald Frederic Key b. 1894


Edith was the Minute taker of the Huddersfield Suffrage Group and most of her books still exist.


1881 – 47 Charnwood Road, Eccleshill, Bradford. Living with Hannah Procter (Head),  Martha and Emily (her sisters) and Edith and Ethel, Nieces. Martha and Emily were Worsted Weavers and both unmarried.


1891 – 60 Upper Brow Road, Paddock, Huddersfield. Frederic is Pianoforte Tuner.


1901 – 43 West Parade, Huddersfield with whole family.


1911 – 68 Regents Place, Bradford Road, Huddersfield with husband and 2 children.



Frederic is a musical instrument and sewing machine dealer.  Lancelot is a tailor’s cutter, Archibald is an assistant in cycle shop.
